Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the App and related support communications. It does not apply to third-party wallet apps, device manufacturers, mobile platforms, or third-party websites and services that may be linked to or integrated with the App.

Information We May Process

Based on the App's current functionality, we may process the following categories of information:

• Wallet connection data, such as your public wallet address, when you choose to connect a compatible Solana wallet.
• Basic technical and device-related data made available by the operating system or application runtime, such as crash information or connectivity state, where relevant for functionality, security, or troubleshooting.
• Support information you voluntarily provide if you contact us by email.

Information We Do Not Intend to Collect

The App is not designed to collect:

• your wallet seed phrase;
• your wallet private keys;
• government-issued ID numbers;
• precise geolocation;
• health data;
• payment card data;
• biometric data;
• children's personal data knowingly.

The App is a game and is not intended to collect sensitive regulated data unless that becomes strictly necessary for a future feature and is separately disclosed.

How We Use Information

We may use information only for legitimate app-related purposes, including to:

• enable wallet-connected gameplay flows;
• operate, maintain, and secure the App;
• diagnose crashes, bugs, abuse, or compatibility issues;
• respond to support requests;
• comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Use.

Legal Basis and Consent

Where consent is required by applicable law, we will rely on your consent. In other cases, we may process information where necessary to provide requested functionality, protect the security of the App, or comply with legal obligations.

If you decline wallet connection, wallet-connected gameplay may not be available.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data.

We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

• with wallet providers or platform components when you request wallet connection;
• with service providers or technical vendors that help us operate, secure, or maintain the App, subject to confidentiality and appropriate restrictions;
• if required by law, regulation, legal process, or lawful government request;
• to protect rights, safety, users, or the integrity of the App.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required by law, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or security needs.

If the App does not maintain a user account or remote profile for you, uninstalling the App and disconnecting your wallet will generally end future in-app data generation on your device, subject to any data already retained for lawful operational or security reasons.

Account and Deletion Requests

The App does not currently create a standalone user account with us.

If you contact us and believe we hold personal data linked to you, you may request deletion or inquire about retention by emailing b4283937@gmail.com. We will review requests in accordance with applicable law and our legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations.

For locally stored app data on your device, you may remove it by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's local storage through your device settings.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors where parental consent is required by applicable law. If you believe a minor has provided personal data to us inappropriately, contact us at b4283937@gmail.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the App's current functionality. However, no method of storage, transmission, or software operation can be guaranteed fully secure.

International Use

The Publisher is based for legal purposes in Bangladesh. Depending on the services involved, data may be processed in other jurisdictions where service providers, wallet infrastructure, or platform systems operate.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will apply when made available with a new effective date.
