These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Neon Drift (“App”), published by Bilkis Begum (“Publisher”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must use the App only in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring that use of the App is permitted in your jurisdiction.
Neon Drift is an arcade-style racing game. The App may request that you connect a compatible Solana wallet before gameplay begins. Wallet connection is used only to enable in-app wallet-connected gameplay features. The App is not intended to provide financial, investment, medical, or legal services.
By connecting a wallet, you represent that you are authorized to use that wallet.
The App does not ask for or collect your wallet seed phrase or private keys.
At the time of writing, the App is designed for gameplay and wallet connection only. It is not marketed as a custodial wallet, exchange, broker, or regulated financial service.
You are solely responsible for any activity taken through your wallet and for reviewing any wallet prompts shown by your wallet provider.

The App does not currently provide public posting, chat, marketplace listings, or other user-generated content features. If such features are added in the future, separate rules and moderation practices may apply.
The App and its original game content, branding, design, code, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the Publisher and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
The App may rely on third-party services or components, including:

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every wallet or device, or that gameplay progress will always be preserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Publisher will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, digital assets, or device access arising from or related to use of the App.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App, in whole or in part, if reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or respond to security or operational concerns.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an updated version of these Terms becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory law in your jurisdiction applies.
